    Job Opening Details back to list Reference Code: RRF005912 Job Title: Voice architect Category: LI-DNI Understand the scope of Requirements to develop CCAI related solutions and Architect the solution Validate the technical feasibility for the solution by conceptualizing and doing POCs and testings Design the complex enterprise requirement, which involves designing multiple Google Cloud Platform services and other vendor solutions Work with other Google cloud services based on requirements to develop the Bot like speech to text, text to speech, translate, and more Work with other contact center vendors like Cisco, Avaya, Genesys for developing custom solutions.
