    • Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
    • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1,Hands-On experience on Monitoring Tools Especially Zabbix as required skill 2,Able to work on complete implementation and configuration of Zabbix infrastructure including Zabbix Frontend, Zabbix Proxies and Zabbix Agents 3,Also worked on Zabbix Templates, Items, Triggers, Alarm Correlations and Auto heal scenarios wherever applicable 4,Worked on Agent Based, SNMP Monitoring and make sure config, connectivity etc 5,Hands on in performing upgrade activity Version Upgrade
        • Technical Experience : 1,Basic troubleshooting of OS Level, Networking Issues for both Windows/Linux 2,Good understanding of Windows/Linux/Ubuntu Operating Systems 3,Good to have knowledge of Zabbix APIs to automate manual efforts in Zabbix like host onboarding etc 4,Good to have knowledge on Ansible for Configuration Management, Application Deployment Task Automation 3,Grafana integration with Zabbix using Zabbix plugin and setup dashboards in Grafana UI for visualization and reporting purpose
        • Professional Attributes : 1,Understanding of MySQL/PGSQL on Setting Up Database, Creating Users, Grant Permissions, or any Changes also for DB finetuning 2,Experience in Syncing Up with customers and stakeholders to make sure of any solution-based requirements and customize it accordingly if feasible
        • Educational Qualification : Graduate or BTech
      • Additional Information : 7 to 8 yrs experience in mentioned technologies
