Zonal Manager Incumbent Department Home Electrical Division Dated Job Specification Reports to Vice President (Head of Department) Span of control (supervisory responsibilities) Area Manager(s) Job Purpose Responsible for managing the channel in the designated areas and developing the business and the team. Primary Job Responsibilities Sales v Sales Forecasting (planning & controlling). v Setting up new channels (channel/ dealer management and development) v Driving and supervising the sales team in achieving annual sales plan/ targets, ensuring channel & team productivity. v Assessing team performance and progress and motivation on weekly/ monthly/ annual basis. v Drive Zonal Programs and exhibitions to promote the products.Inventory/ Stock Management v Preparing & maintaining MIS reports weekly/ monthly/ annual basis. v Indenting and coordinating with works for the supplies. v Managing warehouses (Distribution and dispatch optimum replenishment methods) v Cost control (warehouse maintenance) v Inventory control Collections v Generating revenue through channels (Dealer/ Distributors etc.) Area-Wise Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualifications Graduation/ MBA-Marketing & Sales Preferred/Additional Qualifications PGDM Minimum Experience 10 15 Years Relevant/Additional Experience Channel Sales Product Electrical v Fan v Wires & Cables v MCB s/ Switchgear v EWA,
