Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
      • Design and develop a diverse menu of Continental cuisine including pizza, pasta, sandwiches, shakes, and tarts.
      • Experiment with new recipes and techniques to keep the menu exciting and relevant.
      • Ensure all dishes are made with high-quality ingredients and adhere to Parag Milk Foods standards.
      • Prepare and cook dishes to order, ensuring consistency and high-quality presentation.
      • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork.
      • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on techniques and standards.
      • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service.
      • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to ensure availability of ingredients.
      • Implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize resource usage.
      • Engage with customers to understand their preferences and feedback.
      • Adapt menu items based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
      • Ensure a high standard of presentation and flavor for all dishes served.
