Undertake LTA (Lenders Technical Advisor) and technical due diligence projects involving multi- asset IWPP or power and water portfolios across the Asia and MENA regionReview and assess project agreements for IWPP or IWP to identify and evaluate design, technology, processes, technical risks and costs during construction, commissioning and O&MParticipate actively in new business pursuits, lead proposal development, build & maintain relationship with clients by leveraging internal and external resources and collaborationsManage client engagements to achieve targeted profitability, timeline and customer expectations/ deliverables.Lead the delivery of client engagements involving techno- commercial studies, design & technology, technical and commercial performance of IWPP/ IWP plantsRequirementsExperience in Oil and Gas Projects;Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering5 to 10 years of experience in similar advisory in IWPP & water sectorsDeep Experience in both thermal desalination as well as RO desalination is a mustExperience in thermal performance, water and energy balance. Desalination technology &, processes is strongly desiredField experience on O&M, OE or commissioning team working on IWPP/ IWP with a good understanding of both power and water component requiredExperience in one or more of the following: bid evaluation and negotiations, technical due diligence, financial and operational performance analysis, market assessments, financial modelling, regulatory economics, a business case developmentFluency in English a mustStrong techno- commercial acumenExcellent report writing skills, ability to work with multi- cultural teams across different time zones and in virtual settingGood communication skills and personal presence for client interactionsWillingness to travel and multi- task to meet tight timelines while working independently with minimal supervision,
