Prepare tank shutdown execution plan work packs remotely with information available from siteIdentify material required for repair of tank as per inspection recommendationsPrepare tank inspection and maintenance scheduleTrack schedule based on inputs from site and publish look aheadCost tracking/monitoringPrepare and publish tank maintenance management reportDetailed cost estimation for major tank rehabShould be able to train and mentor junior team member by creating training material and conducting training sessionsPerform routine tasks, including cleaning, inspection and repair.Experience in tank repair, fiber glassing, painting, civil, mechanical works and inspection and corrosion activities related to tanks overhaul preferably in refinery Petro- chemical industryMust have good knowledge in oil & gas storage tanks Fabrication & Maintenance including drawing skills.Conduct non - destructive testing 9NDT) to inspect tank integrity and identify potential issues.Troubleshoot problems with tank equipment and systems, implementing solutions as need.Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to tank operations.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all aspects of tank maintenance
