Job SummaryThe ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have an in depth understanding & technical knowledge about the HVAC industry. This is essential as they will be the central person in maintenance, operation and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.ResponsibilitiesManage daily technical operations, including rectifying and coordinating the water cooled and air cooled central conditioning plants.Operation and maintenance of the HVAC systems.Preventive maintenance of the system.Maintenance of stock inventory of machinery spare parts.Conducting daily rounds of the facility and maintaining a daily log of critical readings such as energy meter readings, temperature and humidity levels, key equipment running hours, water quality parameters, complaints and resolutions, etc, and submitting daily report via email.Managing AMC and servicing activities of site.RequirementsHonesty, integrity, team-work, positive attitude, high energy level, curiosity and ability to learn.Minimum of a diploma in mechanicalMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong leadership skillsGood communication skillsKnowledge of the local languageMinimum 5 years experience in the field.Job Type: ContractSalary: 300,000.00 to 400,000.00 /year
