ResponsibilitiesInventory and StoreManagementInventory Management SOP and Guidelines DesignAssist in implementation of standard systems/templates/ processes for inventorymanagementStore Management (for the assigned store category)Track the availability of different materials/products and manage inventory levels at thewarehouse/ storesAssist in executing the process for material issue to the user and timely updating inventorylevel after issue of goodsMaintain accurate records in SAP (documents and other details of material issues, materialprocured, etc.)Forward the invoices and supporting documents to Head accounts (HAC) throughDocument Control CellRoutine InventoryControl and ManagementFor the assigned store category, assist in resolving any discrepancies pertaining toinventory based on electronic records that represent the inventory and the physical stateof the inventoryAssist in evaluating shelf life of the inventory for the assigned store category and helpclassify based on criticality [like Vital Essential Desirable] and ageing (such as slow-movinginventory (SMI) / Non-moving inventory (NMI) / Normal Spares)Liquidation and Disposal(Scrap or Write-Off) OfNMI & Surplus InventoryAssist in identification and liquidation of non-moving inventory (NMI)Execute asset liquidation (identified by concerned user) and other material including NMIsto be scrapped as per the directive of Head- StoresImplement asset scrapping or asset write-off basis DoARisk ManagementAssist in identifying and prioritizing all risks for stores, inventory control, liquidation anddisposal (using master list of procurement risk, supply market analysis, long termprocurement plan, annual procurement plan and project risk register)QualificationsMore than 4 years of experience in managing stores, inventory management and scrap management.,
