Job Description

Location: Hyderabad (Begumpet), Thrissur, Kottayam, Calicut- Kerela, Surat, Vadodara- Gujarat.Experience:
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Insurance Sales.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in Agency Sales within the Insurance sector.
Job Role:
• Responsible for the recruitment of insurance agents from the open market.
• Drive the sales of Future Genrali Health products through a network of insurance agents.
Age:
• Candidates should be below 32 years of age.
Preferred Industry Experience:
• Experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, or NBFC (with a willingness to transition to Health Insurance Agency Sales).
Compensation Package:
• Offer Range:
  • Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager Up to 4.50 Lakhs annually.
• CTC Hike:
  • Based on the candidates existing salary and company standards.
• Incentive Structure:
In addition to the fixed CTC, monthly sales incentives will be provided.Qualification:
• Graduate in any stream
