Job Description

    Job descriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2.0 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.Roles and Responsibility Assist the housekeeping team with daily tasks such as cleaning, maintaining, and repairing hotel rooms and public areas. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by performing various administrative tasks as needed.Job Requirements Minimum 2.0 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teamwork. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic knowledge of cleaning, maintenance, and repair procedures is required. Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
