Key Roles:  Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 4-5 Bank.  Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff  Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document  Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.  Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.  Build long term relationship with the bank staff. Eligibility Qualifications:  Agebetween 21– 30yrs  Graduation / Post Graduation  1YearplusSales Experience in Insurance Industry preferred  GoodCommunication Skills.  Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.  Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude  HighonHonesty and Integrity  Ready to Stretch and Achieve.
