Job Description

    We have an opening for Business Development Executive for our client in Calicut/Chennai.DESIGNATION : - Business Development ExecutiveMANPOWER TYPE : - PermanentREPORTING TO : - Business Development Manager / Cluster Head / Business HeadLOCATION : - BangloreJOB DESCRIPTION :
    • Prospecting & Lead Generation - Generate Sales Pipeline for all Hot / Warm & Cold leads; and
    Lead Conversion.
    • Drive Sales through Primary targets through Dealer connects & Sub-Dealer networks.
    • Drive Secondary Targets through cultivating and maintaing strong relationships with all
    stakeholders viz - End Customers/ Builders/ Architects / Interior Designers / Contractors /Carpenters etc; Foster long-term partnerships and drive sales growth.
    • Meeting Daily Activities, Targets & Objectives beyond the Threshold level set by the
    company; Demonstrating a proactive approach to achieve sales goals.
    • Organizing monthly In-Shop meet & Contractor Meet
    • Frequent Checking of the existing stock of all SIAM SKUs at all dealer points assigned and
    take steps to liquidate material; Maintain positive Billing Points.
    • Reporting, & Analysis - Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market
    feedback for management review and strategic planning; Daily CRM Entries to maintainregular Activity Flow & Follow-Up.DESIRED PROFILE:Qualification: - Any UG / GraduatesExperience: - 2 - 4 YrsSkill Sets:
    • Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
    • Good Business acumen - Ability to map the business potential of the territory and generate
    revenue.
    • Relationship Management & Networking
    • Excellent Communication, Analytical thinking, Active Listening & Negotiation Skills
    • Oral & Written Comprehension and Reasoning.
    • Numerical Aptitude, Data Creation & Report Preparation.
    • Should poses a 2-Wheeler and should have a valid DL
