Job Description

We are seeking International Business Development Manager with valic Visa for USA & Australia to manage all business development aspects with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation. The role will balances sales support, partner management, and sales training with the focus of growing the sales funnel.

  • Create and present revenue objectives quarterly and annually
  • Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software solutions / services and products
  • Create and implement strategies to seek out potential partners to promote our solutions
  • Sell a full range of Systems Valley software products, supplies and services;
  • Requires consultative-selling skills
  • Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
  • Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
  • Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
  • Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system.
  • Develop and Mentor sales team Qualifications
    • Any Degree/ Preferably MBA -International Business
    • Desired: Qualifications in an IT related discipline Preferred Skills
      • 1-2 Years of Experience in Software Sales and Marketing
      • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
      • Sales record (1 years) at a high level of achievement
      • Solutions-selling experience in software products
      • Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization
      • Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills
      • Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor
      • Willing to travel abroad ,
