JOB DESCRIPTIONSales officer - Gold loanExperience: 1 to 5 yrsJob Summary: Sourcing / Acquisition of Gold loan customers, NTB as well as existing customer ids Networkingand driving business with all sourcing channels in the branch to provide leads. ( CBE / Branch banking / Asset RMs) Micro marketing activities at potential locations in thecatchment area of the branch. Doing end to end operations involved in the disbursal of the loan. ( explaining the product, filling of form, valuation, sealing of packet, sending approvals, resolvingqueries, sending forms to NPC, resolving discrepancies, renewals etc) Customer service pre and post sales. Support collection RMs in resolving bucket and POT NPA cases.Preferable: - Two wheeler with Valid DL and Local ResidenceQualification: - Graduate and aboveExperience: - Fresher and Experience bothSalary 156,000 to 240,000 Plus Unlimited IncentivesStatutory Benefits:-Employee Provident FundPaid leave 25 days calendar year (after completion of 6 months from DOJ)Other Benefits:-Self med-claim benefit of Rs 50,000/
