Role Overview:As a Branch Head at Muthoot FinCorp Ltd., located in Lakhimpur, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing branch staff, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Your role will involve achieving financial goals, ensuring compliance with company policies, developing business strategies, monitoring loan disbursement and collections, and maintaining customer relationships.
