• Lead Complex Projects: Manage long-term, intricate design projects that require cross-team collaboration and a broad approach to problem-solving.
• Lift the Design Level: Always raise the design quality, encouraging others to uphold high standards and paying close attention to detail in all aspects of design.
• Leverage AI in Design: Integrate AI capabilities where relevant to enhance design processes, improve user experiences, and build innovative solutions that align with product goals.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $157,300 -- $292,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
