Job Description

    Account Managers are primarily responsible for managing client accounts and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.We are seeking a dedicated account manager to maintain and build relationships with our key clients.The Account Manager will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, responding to client queries, and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers.Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present our products and services effectively.In the end, the role of the Account Manager is to manage relationships with our clients and help grow our business by ensuring client satisfaction and promoting our services.
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
    • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
    • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits
    • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
