Job DescriptionWe are seeking dynamic, high-energy individuals with a passion for sales and a drive to meet ambitious targets. This is an exciting opportunity in insurance sales within our Agency business. The CTC for this role ranges from 2 lakhs to 4 lakhs, along with attractive incentives and a fast-track promotion pathway.Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and build a strong network of quality advisors.
• Provide ongoing training on products, business processes, and effective selling techniques.
• Support advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
• Meet monthly targets for new business generation and advisor recruitment.
Criteria:
• Age: 24 to 42 years
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience
• Graduation in any stream
• Must own a 2-wheeler
• Must have an Android-based smartphone
