    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the assigned territories.
    • Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
    Requirements:
