Preparing financial reports and estimates for clients regarding potential costs and returnsof proposed projectsMeeting with clients to review proposals and discuss budgets and timelinesMonitoring project budgets and schedules to ensure that projects are completed on timeand within budgetCommunicating with clients regularly during the life of a project to ensure that they arepleased with the progress being madeEnsuring that all legal requirements are met during the closing process, including obtainingany necessary signatures or certifications from appropriate partiesNegotiating price adjustments with clients when necessary based on changing marketconditionsPreparing closing documents such as purchase contracts, escrow agreements, title policies,and closing statements
