Job Description

We are hiring for a leading and reputed MNC Life Insurance Company for the position of Life Insurance Sales Executive in Direct Channel. This is an individual field sales role where the company provides verified leads to the sales executive. The role involves meeting customers face to face, understanding their financial needs, and selling suitable life insurance products.The selected candidate will handle company provided leads only and there is no cold calling involved in this job. The sales executive will visit customers, explain different life insurance plans, close sales deals, and achieve assigned monthly targets. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers, ensuring proper documentation, and giving regular updates to the Branch Manager. Travel within the assigned area is required and travel allowance will be provided by the company.This role requires a graduate candidate from any stream. Prior experience in life insurance sales or BFSI sales is mandatory. The candidate must have their own two wheeler with a valid driving license. Good communication skills, convincing ability, and willingness to work in a field sales environment are important for this role.The company offers salary as per industry standards along with attractive performance based incentives.
