Job Description

We have an urgent openings for the position of Branch Manager in Agency Channel in Leading Life insurance Company.Role & responsibilities
• Handling a team of Sales Managers and responsible for the productivity of FLS and responsible for the confirmation norms of the team.
• Manage the relationship with the team, customers (internal & external) support day to day operation of the sales or Managing sales and sale related activity in the channel.
• Manage sourcing, processing and issuance, post issuance customer issues (if any) or manage financials of relationship.
• Develop & implement initiatives to motivate & retain high performing talent
• Ensure adherence of code of conduct set by IRDA and Life Insurance Councils
• Ensure Compliance to all statutory & regulatory norms.

• Competitor Knowledge and understanding of industry product landscape .
• Team management capabilities result oriented & influencing skills
• Insurance Background candidate
