Job Description

    About MedantaOver the past around 14 years, Medanta has created an impact in delivering world class multi-speciality care to patients in India. We have hospitals in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR), Lucknow, Patna, Indore and Ranchi. We also have presence through Retail segment with Medanta Labs & Medanta Pharmacy. Medanta Care at Home is another initiative from Medanta to impart care. We further plan to scale up and expand into few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues (Academics - Medical College) within the Healthcare eco-system.We are now looking to recruit a Business Analyst to join our Administrative team at Medanta Lucknow.About Position Assists Leadership team in developing tactical and strategic services and/or programs to support organizations goals (financial, operational efficiencies, quality etc.) Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analysis and dashboards. Assemble spreadsheets and making charts & graphs used to illustrate. technical reports to the Top management. Maintaining Dash Board | Reports (I.e., Doctor Performance | Revenue Trend | Revenue Growth |Departmental Outlook Etc.) Study and analyze information about alternative courses of action in order to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes. Prepare business plans in coordination with Finance and marketing and oversee their implementation. Track outcomes of the implementation and re-validate the desired outcomes. Preparing various Business Case | Cost Analysis | BOM Analysis | Variance Analysis to allow management to take immediate corrective actions Identify improvements on the business workflows or systems and collaborate with the various departments and their supervisors to implement the necessary changes. Prepare routine reports (financial, operational efficiencies etc.) Being part of assigned Special Projects pertaining to areas of Hospital Any other task as assigned by reporting authorities,
