    Job Title: Business Development ManagerExperience: 4 to 5 Years Location: Vikas Nagar, Lucknow Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with 45 years of proven experience in sales and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sustainable financial growth.Key Responsibilities
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
    • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
    • Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • 45 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales
