Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM)Location: Bangalore, Pune, Patna, Gaya, Bhopal, Indore & LucknowExperience: 1-5 YearsJob Responsibilities* Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.* Identify and develop leads in the construction and real estate sector.* Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and developers.* Conduct market research and identify upcoming projects.* Present business proposals and negotiate commercial terms.* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.* Maintain regular client follow-ups and meeting records.Requirements* MBA/BBA/BBM/B.Com or equivalent qualification.* Mandatory experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Interior, Infrastructure, or Building Materials industry.* 1-5 years of experience in Business Development or Field Sales.* Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.* Willingness to travel extensively for business meetings.* Immediate joiners preferred.Working Hours10:00 AM 7:00 PM (6 Days a Week)
