Job Description

Identify and engage potential channel partners to collaborate strategically with our developer firm.
Lead the onboarding process for new channel partners, guiding them through the necessary
documentation and agreements.
Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and
support needs.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction, retention, and performance.
Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, transactions, and agreements using CRM
software or other relevant tools.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure
alignment and support in meeting partner objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports on key account metrics, performance, and growth
opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, offering insights
and recommendations to management.
