Job Description

    Job descriptionWe are looking for a skilled experienced civil project manager who already has experience in leading a team of site engineers in residential construction projects.Responsibilities Creating construction schedule Monitoring of construction quality Inspection of construction sites Creating budgets ensuring on time completion of projects Coordinating with site engineers.Civil engineers create, improve and protect the environment in which we live. They plan, design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure, such as roads, railways, airports, bridges, harbors, dams, irrigation projects, power plants, and water and sewerage systems.Analyze photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraintsEnsure project feasibility through continual evaluation of structural integrity and design practicalityCreate designs that utilize a variety of materialsPerform and adjust quantity calculations for practical and budgetary purposesCommunicate with team members as well as customers and vendors to ensure maximum cohesion and fluidity on projectsForecast design and construction time framesInspect project sites to ensure they meet relevant codes and are progressing properly
