1. Business Growth
• Drive Prime LAP business with ticket sizes from 75 lakh to 15 crore.
• Ensure achievement of cluster-level and ASM-level sales targets.
• Strategize and execute business plans for steady and scalable growth.
1. Team Leadership
• Manage, mentor, and review a team of Area Sales Managers.
• Guide ASMs to achieve their monthly/quarterly targets.
• Conduct regular training, review meetings, and performance assessments.
1. Channel & Partner Management
• Build strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and key market influencers.
• Expand partner network and ensure consistent business inflow.
1. Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Track competition, market dynamics, pricing, and customer trends.
• Develop cluster-specific sales strategies to maximize market share.
