Job Description

    As a Store Construction Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:- Ensuring that new stores are operational as per the set plan and all facilities/ fixtures/ assets are installed according to the finalized CAD drawings- Troubleshooting problems by visiting sites and coordinating with site supervisors- Coordinating with CAD designers to ensure optimal efficiency- Finalizing the store area in coordination with the landlord and various facilities as per the plan- Identifying construction issues through site surveys for potential locations- Conducting onsite visits and continuously coordinating with the construction crew and operations personnel- Establishing and managing relations with independent contractors, vendors, and negotiating the best possible rates for their products and services- Evaluating projects and recommending reports to identify issues and opportunities for improving performance going forward- Interacting clearly, constructively, and positively with all organizational departments to ensure projects are completed effectively and with minimal disruption to planned events- Actively participating as a projects team member to improve department efficiency, reduce costs, and assist in the improvement of products through customer experiences- Encouraging communication of information between departments- Supporting cost-saving development initiatives and delivery process improvementsExperience: 3 to 5 yearsEducation: Diploma / B.
