Job Description

    • Contact potential customers such as doctors, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers to present and sell medical products and equipment.
    • Arrange appointments with doctors and medical teams to demonstrate the benefits of Ethicon Bio Surgery products.
    • Cold-calling and direct visits to potential customers, building long-term client relationships.
    • Deliver presentations to healthcare professionals, explaining the technical and clinical benefits of the products.
    • Build strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, and medical staff to create a solid customer base.
    • Provide market insights and competitive information, keeping the sales strategy aligned with industry trends.
    • Perform product demonstrations, assist in installations, and provide application support to ensure proper use of the equipment.
    • Coordinate between departments like sales, service, support, customer services, marketing, and finance to resolve any client issues.
    • Travel to defined geographies to sell medical equipment, focusing on hospitals, clinics, rehab facilities, and nursing homes.
