Job Description

    Job Description Customer Support (US Process)Requirements:
    • Excellent communication skills (Versant score 58 mandatory).
    • Graduation required (Freshers: 6th-semester marksheet final exam hall ticket).
    • Experience candidates must provide complete documents and PF details.
    • 12th Diploma / 12th pass candidates also considered.
    Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound/outbound calls with US candidates for client hiring requirements.
    • Record call outcomes on tools accurately.
    • Flexible to work in night shifts (US hours: 5 PM7 AM IST).
    • Work from Office rotational week-offs (MonFri/TueSat/WedSun).
    • Follow client holidays
    Preferred:
    • Prior US contact center/customer support experience.
