The role primarily involves converting leads, managing sales, and ensuring a seamless enrolment process for prospective students.Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for converting leads, lead generation, and regular follow-ups for sales.
    • Sell online courses and meet daily sales targets.
    • Maintain and update databases using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Handle enquiries and manage the enrollment process.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets and engage in cold calling.
    • Provide detailed information to prospective students via phone, email, chat, and social media.
    • Identify potential referrals from existing customers to increase the sales pipeline.
    • Update lead conversion details in real-time on CRM software.
    • Ensure adherence to the sales process, tools, and data management.
    • Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of both revenue and enrollments.
    • Handle objections and negotiate prices to generate sales revenue.
    • Maintain effective communication until the learner is successfully onboarded.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
    Key Skills:
    • Prior sales experience of 1 year.
    • Preference given to candidates with experience in the Education sector or EdTech.
