• Any Graduate from a recognized university.
• 2-3 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Experience in the Builder/Developer market will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard new builder projects within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders and developers.
• Coordinate with underwriting and processing teams for project approvals.
• Promote and sell Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Generate leads through builder visits, project camps, and customer engagement activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Maintain reports on visits, leads, conversions, and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
