Job Description

    Position: General Manager SalesIndustry: Real EstateLocation: LucknowSalary : 80k PMExperience: 10 years in Real Estate Sales & Business DevelopmentQualification: MBA/Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or related fieldThe General Manager Sales (Real Estate) is responsible for driving sales, developing business strategies, and managing high-value client relationships. This role involves leading a sales team, implementing revenue growth strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the competitive real estate market.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.Drive revenue growth through direct and channel sales.Identify and expand new market opportunities and potential clients.Build strong relationships with investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Team Leadership & Management:Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance productivity.Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.Train and develop team members to improve sales efficiency.Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to close high-value deals.Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Marketing & Brand Strategy:Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.Participate in events, expos, and networking opportunities to boost brand presence.Utilize digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools for sales conversions.Operations & Reporting:Oversee sales operations, including pricing strategies and property launches.Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and revenue forecasts.Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and regulations Proven track record in high-value property sales and business expansion Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPreferred Experience:Experience in residential and commercial property sales.Strong network with builders, brokers, and investors.Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.Call & Whatsapp - hidden_mobile | hidden_mobileEmail ID- hidden_email
