Job Description

    PurposeThe Head of Finance && Legal is responsible for overseeing the financial health and legal integrity of the Company ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and quality standards, while supporting strategic decision- making and sustainable business growth.ScopeThis role encompasses:
    • Financial planning, reporting, and control
    • Legal compliance and risk management
    • Corporate governance and regulatory adherence
    • Contract management and advisory
    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
    • Oversee accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting
    • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and strong internal controls
    • Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and healthcare regulations
    • Liaise with legal advisors and regulatory authorities
    • Manage contracts, negotiations, and legal documentation
    • Identify and mitigate financial and legal risks; handle disputes
    • Establish governance frameworks and coordinate audits (internal & external)
    • Ensure adherence to ISO and compliance standards
    • Lead and develop finance and legal teams
    • Drive performance, accountability, and ethical practices
    Qualifications & Experience
    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field
    • CA / CPA / CFA and/or LLB / LLM preferred
    • 10-18 years of experience in finance and legal roles, with leadership responsibility
    • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sector preferred
