Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffingneeds, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.Responsibilities:1. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.2. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.3. Conduct thorough screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization and specific roles.4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.5. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.6. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.7. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process.8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in real estate recruitment.9. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.10. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics to management.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably with a focus on real estate or property management.3. In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.8. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.9.
