Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for operational and support roles.
    • Maintain workforce strength and support staffing requirements across multiple properties.
    • Partner with management on employee relations, performance management, and retention.
    • Support HR policy implementation, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
    • Coordinate attendance, documentation, compliance, and HR records.
    • Assist in payroll inputs, offer letters, joining processes, and exit formalities.
    • Prepare periodic HR reports and update management on manpower status.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between head office and property-level operations.
    Desired Profile
    • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
    • Experience in hospitality, resort, retail, or multi-location business environments preferred.
    • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote / hybrid setup.
    • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory HR compliance.
