Job Description

    The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.Key Responsibilities
    1. Recruitment Strategy
      • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
      • Identify appropriate sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    2. Candidate Sourcing
      • Proactively source and build a talent pipeline through innovative sourcing techniques.
      • Leverage online platforms, employee referrals, and networking events to attract candidates.
    3. Screening and Evaluation
      • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
      • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability for the role.
      • Coordinate technical assessments and in-depth interviews with hiring managers.
    4. Interview Coordination
      • Schedule and organize interviews (in-person, virtual, or telephonic).
      • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
    5. Candidate Experience
      • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
      • Ensure a positive experience, regardless of the outcome, to strengthen employer branding.
    6. Job Posting and Advertising
      • Write and post compelling job descriptions across various platforms.
      • Monitor job ad performance and make adjustments to maximize reach.
    7. Collaboration with Stakeholders
      • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and selection criteria.
      • Provide insights and recommendations on candidate market trends.
    8. Documentation and Compliance
      • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
      • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
    9. Metrics and Reporting
      • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
      • Prepare reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review.
    10. Employer Branding
      • Actively promote the organizations culture and values to attract top talent.
      • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • 13 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
      • Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools is a plus.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
