The organization offers a collaborative, performance-driven work environment with excellent opportunities for leadership, learning, and long-term career growth.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the complete Human Resources function and partner with senior leadership in driving business growth through effective people strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of building a high-performance culture, strengthening HR processes, ensuring statutory compliance, and developing a motivated workforce aligned with organizational goals.Key Roles & Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.
    • Lead end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration.
    • Drive Workforce Planning, Employer Branding, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development initiatives.
    • Design and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI frameworks, appraisal cycles, and employee development programs.
    • Develop HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and implement HR best practices across the organization.
    • Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, statutory regulations, POSH guidelines, and internal company policies.
    • Build employee engagement, retention, recognition, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
    • Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to support manpower planning, organizational restructuring, and change management initiatives.
    • Monitor HR metrics, MIS reports, HR analytics, and workforce dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
    • Lead and mentor the HR team while driving continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
    Required Qualifications
    • MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
    • 9 - 14 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, and Compliance.
    • Thorough knowledge of Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance, and HR best practices.
    • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS, Microsoft Office, MIS Reporting, and HR Analytics.
    Required Skills
    • Strong leadership and strategic Human Resource Management capabilities.
    • Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Employer Branding.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, and HR Administration.
    • Hands-on experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS), Talent Management, and Succession Planning.
    • Sound understanding of Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance, and POSH regulations.
    • Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Management, and HR Budgeting.
    • Excellent employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS, HR Analytics, MIS Reporting, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, decision-making, and people management skills.
    • Ability to drive organizational development, employee engagement, change management, and build a high-performance work culture.
