Customer focusJob Description 1. Conduct train the trainer programme for master supervisors and trainers of partners2. Carry out revalidation training for Jio giga fiber associates, engineers and supervisors3. Execute performance coaching and on-field mentoring4. Manage trainings on how to handle premium customers for Jio fiber engineers5. Articulate and draft actual field scenarios and share them with teams at head-quarters6. Support national head quarter teams in designing vernacular content7. Plan and execute buddy ride with newly hired master supervisors8. Ensure handholding of master supervisors for first 30 days9. Monitor and audit buddy ride and certification for Jio fiber engineers / associates10. Drive periodic audit of training infrastructure readiness at partner premises11. Lead audit of training batches at Jio center and partner premises12. Conduct periodic recertification of trainers and facilitators13. Pilot mock home readiness with all connected devices
