Job Description

    Janardan Farms and Resorts LLPJOB DescriptionPosition: Legal Executive/Legal ManagerPlace of Posting: Lucknow (HO), Nainital, Kausani, Pushkar, OotyPlease go through the terms and conditions along with salary details below and give consent for interview by return email only if you are convinced with all the terms and conditions:Qualification Conditions:

    2. AIB/COP number is mandatory.
    Job Conditions & Salary:
    1. You will be engaged with the company as a Legal Executive on a Retainership basis. Your working hours will be Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, or as required by the job.
    2. You are prohibited from undertaking any personal jobs or consultancy work, regardless of its nature or location.
    3. Bachelor accommodation and food will be provided by the company if you are posted in any location other than the Head Office in Lucknow. You may be posted in Lucknow, Nainital/Kausani (Uttarakhand), Ooty (Tamil Nadu), or Pushkar (Rajasthan), as per company requirements.
    4. You may be required to attend court cases anywhere in India. Travel allowance and accommodation will be provided according to company policy.
    5. Upon successful completion of the session, you will be onboarded. Your assessment period will be for six months from your joining date.
    6. During assessment period you will be getting reimbursement per month as per the following qualification andexperience: For LLB/LLM :
        1. Legal Trainee- Court case filing in your own power, less than 10 cases in 1 year: Rs 8000 per month
        2. Legal Executive (Grade I)- Court case filing in your own power,more than 10 to20 cases in 1 year: Rs 15000 per month.
        3. Legal Executive (Grade II)- Court case filing more than 20 to 50cases in your own power, in 2 years: Rs 18000 per month.
        4. Legal Assistant Manager- Court case filing more than 50 to 150 cases in your own power, within 3 years: Rs 22000 per month.
        5. Legal Manager- Court case filing more than 150 cases in your own power, within 5 years: Rs 35000 per month.
    7. Upon successful completion of a 6-month assessment period, you will be offered a permanent retainer-ship with the company, inclusive of all associated benefits.
    8. Upon permanent onboarding with the company on a retainer-ship basis, your monthly payout will increase by 25% of your current payout.
