Job Description

Maintenance Head-1-Over all plant maintenance mechanical, electrical and civil(mepc).2-Preventive maintenance of machine equipment.3-Minimum break down time and maximum machine availability.4-Reduce repair, spare, energy, maintenance and labour cost.5-Develop new of spare and vendor for critical maintenance work.6-Invovement in project electrical costing and fitting.7-Knowledge of MTBF & MTTR.8-Responsible for Electrical & Mechanical maintenance of Robotics, PLC, Pressmachines, CNC plasma, laser machine, MIG welding, grinder, PNG Gen Sets,Compressors, Transformers, PCC & MCC Panel, Shot blasting, paint shop, Fork lift,hydra, EOT Cranes, conveyors.9- Planning & implementation of plant expansion including machinery work within thebudget.10-Implementation of ISO 9001:2015, 14001, 45001 standard.11- Minimized plant maintenance and operation cost by Optimum utilization of themanpower with proper work deployment and daily monitoring & Increasing themachine availability time by improving the MTTR, MTBF and implementation ofAutonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance anddaily check sheet of condition monitoring of machine.12- Structured and implemented stage-by-stage monitoring system for minimizingthe idle time/down time at shop floor Machines breakdown.13- Maintaining the power cost and fuel cost as per idle V/S actual on daily basis.14- Structured and implemented the maintenance system for increasing the machineavailability with minimum cost and spare parts inventory.15- Liaisioning with external government bodies for full filling the requirement of legalcompliances regarding maintenance department to run plant16- Synchronized with purchase, commercial department and vendors for negationand finalize with vendors and sub-contractors for the raw material procurement,AMC, outsource work, spare part and machine asset purchasing and plantexpansion work.Interested can send their updated resume our calling and WhatsApp number is 8.7.9.6.5.0.7.5.9.9
