As a fresher with an MBA, you will play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our products/services.Key Responsibilities:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.

    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
    • Experience: Fresher (Prior internship experience in customer relations is a plus).
