Job Description

ViNi Tech is looking for an experienced and passionate MERN Stack Trainer to deliver structured, practical training to candidates/professionals at our client site in Lucknow.The trainer will be responsible for conducting 4 hours of onsite training every day, with a strong focus on hands-on learning, coding practices, real-world development scenarios, and project-based learning.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 4 hours of MERN Stack training daily at the client location.Deliver training on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.Explain concepts through practical examples, coding exercises, and real-world use cases.Provide hands-on assignments and projects to strengthen participants technical skills.Guide learners in developing responsive and scalable web applications.Evaluate participants progress through assignments, coding exercises, and assessments.Identify areas where learners need additional support and provide appropriate guidance.Stay updated with current MERN Stack development practices, tools, and industry trends.Maintain a professional and engaging training environment at the client site.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with the MERN Stack.Good command of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.Understanding of REST APIs, Git/GitHub, authentication, and database concepts.Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or teaching is preferred.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.Experience working on real-world web development projects will be an added advantage.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who is:A strong MERN Stack developer with practical industry experience.Passionate about teaching and mentoring.Comfortable conducting onsite classroom-style training.Able to engage learners and encourage hands-on coding.Professional, punctual, and committed to the training schedule.Compensation: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person .
