Job Opening: Sales Insurance (Agency Channel) Locations: Delhi/NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Allahabad, Lucknow, Agra, Jaipur, Kolkata Salary: 4 LPA Reimbursements Incentives Experience: 210 Years (Sales, Life Insurance Preferred)Job Responsibilities
• Achieve Life Insurance sales targets through effective team management.
• Recruit, train & develop agents on a commission basis.
• Supervise agent activity plans to ensure achievement of desired business levels.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) & update the Sales Management System.
• Motivate agents through Career Progression Programs.
• Encourage use of Agent Portal & CRM for customer management & cross-selling.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (Life Insurance preferred).
• Education: Graduate in any stream.
• Strong networking & knowledge of the local market.
• Excellent communication & people management skills.
