Job Description

    Plant Head and Operations ManagerJob descriptionTech (Mechanical) with 15-25 years experience in Auto ancillary manufacturing company with minimum 5 years experience as Plant Head.Key Performance AreaImplement manufacturing strategies and action plans at the plant so as to attain the productivity and cash profit targets,Organize and control all production operations within the plant to achieve all output targets inTerms of quantity, quality, productivity, efficiencies and customer satisfactionInitiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization ofManpower, equipment, facilities, materials, energy and capitalTo develop and implement short- and long-term plans to ensure that the Plant has the necessaryresources to meet business objectives and to participate in annual business planning and budgeting of the plantTo develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the Plant, equipment and theResources are effectively utilized to ensure maximum production efficiency and quality targets are achieved as per planTo plan and ensure adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance schedule and obtainhighest degree of customer satisfactionTo oversee quality testing of all incoming raw materials, in-process product and of finished product with regards to defined parameters and provide support in case of any discrepancies/ issuesTo meet PPAP requirements of the customers and maintain APQPTo ensure adherence to quality standards like ISO 14001, TS 16040, etc.To manage the inventory at the Plant effectively with the SCM Head and aim towards maximizingthe inventory turns.To reduce the inventory carrying cost by effective planning Interested Candidate sends their updated resume (hidden_email) Call for more details at hidden_mobile, hidden_mobile on MondaytoSaturdayat10:00AM to 6:00 PM
