Job Description

    Position: Senior Development Manager (IMF) Life InsuranceSalary: 3 to 6 LPA (Flexible, based on last CTC. No bar for deserving candidates)Locations: Delhi | Gurgaon | Chandigarh | Faridabad | Noida | Ghaziabad | Kolkata | Lucknow | Varanasi | JaipurDepartment: Agency ChannelRole PurposeTo recruit Insurance Managers (with fixed salary commission & incentives) and drive business growth for both Life and Non-Life insurance.Key Responsibilities
    • Recruit Insurance Managers (IMs) as per the business plan.
    • Activate and engage IMs monthly in line with set targets.
    • Maintain productivity levels of active advisors.
    • Train, mentor, and support agents to achieve career progression (TA SA AO) as per agency structure.
    • Generate new business and acquire customers for Life and Non-Life segments.
    • Ensure participation in all company meetings and training programs.
    • Conduct at least 2 joint calls daily.
    • Hold regular meetings with reporting agents.
    • Review performance weekly with reporting manager.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.
    Competencies & Requirements
    • Graduate (minimum qualification).
    • 2 10 years of experience in Sales (preferably Insurance/Financial Services).
    • Strong team management and business development skills.
    • Sales-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
