Job Description

Making training calendar every month & planning of training rooms accordingly.
• Sharing monthly corporate review deck with Management.
• Tracking the process in terms of knowledge check, refresher requirement, and 0-30 days performance monitoring.
• Monthly advance EWS tracking in training to control attrition.
• Arrange TTT for new Trainers/TLs.
• Maintain daily training dashboards.
• Review the trainers performance on a monthly/weekly basis.
• A member of the hiring team for the company.
• Motivate, implement new ideas to the team to achieve new milestones in the organizations achievement.
  • Identify the gaps in the flow of work and commence adequate training to the team.
  • Take initiatives to strengthen the teams performance, hence the organizations goal.
  • Analyzing individual and team performance to identify the pain areas and clear the way forward.
  • Identifying the TNI Planning of TNI training refreshers and Monitoring the efficacy.
  • Monitor & review Trainers Performance on a monthly basis.
  Ensuring timely delivery of training batches on the floor
