Job descriptionRole & responsibilities
• Inspection of works:Periodic inspection of building projects to ensure works are executed according to the design, drawings and specification laid down.
• Quality:To ensure materials as per BOQ (Bill of Quantity) are used in the works. Materials non-conforming to specifications are promptly rejected and removed from the site.
• Bills:Certifying the running account bills as per actual consumption of quantities and rates as specified in the BOQ (Bill of Quantity) Knowledge about hazardous waste management as per the government guidelines.
• Testing:Verification of testing reports of the materials. Monitor construction activities to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Project Management:Oversee and manage various phases of civil engineering projects from inception to completion. This includes budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Documentation:Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, specifications, and contracts. Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
Required Skills & Experience
• Ten years of experience in construction of building projects.
• Induvial should have specific experience of completing project of at least 50,000 sq. meter costing more than 150 Crore
• Well conversant with reading building drawing and excellent acumen to map it with actual work site.
