Job Description

    Key Responsibility:Sourcing & RecruitmentUtilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.Build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaboration with Program TeamWork closely with the Program Team to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and maintain communication via e-mails and in person throughout the recruitment process.Gather feedback from Program Team to continuously improve the recruitment process.Interviewing, Assessment & ClosingConduct interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Administer assessments or coordinate technical evaluations when necessary.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and closing candidates.Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to on-boarding.Data ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Other Requirement:1 yr of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent in English and conversational in Hindi & Marathi.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.Call & Whatsapp - hidden_mobile , hidden_mobileVisit At- Bharti Hr , Sahara Shopping CenterGround Floor , Office No-127, Near Lekhraj Market Metro StationGate No -3 , Lucknow
